About CSR At Steeplechase
Who am I?
My name is Dennis Marsoun and I built my Real Estate business as being a neighborhood specialist in downtown Charlotte. My recent move to Steeplechase has introduced me to a different and wonderful lifestyle of enjoying the outdoors.
Why Steeplechase?
As Charlotte continues to expand outward, old forests are being replaced by developments typically on 1/4 or 1/3 acre lots. Neighbors are within "hearing" distance. Steeplechase lots are typically an acre or more in a heavily forested community only 15 miles from downtown Charlotte.
What We Do
Whether Selling or Buying I am with you through the entire process. I do not have a team or a transaction coordinator to handle one of your most expensive transactions. The process is very detailed and your satisfaction is my goal.
